Established in 1995 by Dr. Marc Bruckner, Podiatric House Calls is exclusively dedicated to providing comprehensive podiatric medical care for patients who have difficulty traveling to an office.

Podiatric House Calls is known in the medical community as an established, respected, and reliable provider of podiatric medicine in the home.  Podiatric House Calls welcomes referrals from office-based podiatrists, medical physicians, nurses, wound care centers, visiting nurse associations, nurse practitioners, physical therapists, social workers, home health aides, healthcare agencies, and of course from our happy patients.

About the Doctor

 

Dr. Marc Bruckner graduated from The New York College of Podiatric Medicine, in New York City, with a Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine (D.P.M.) degree.  Prior to attending podiatric medical school, Dr. Bruckner graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Brandeis University in Waltham, Massachusetts.

Dr. Bruckner completed a Residency Program in Podiatric Medicine & Surgery at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in East Orange, New Jersey.

After his Residency, Dr. Bruckner accepted a position at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center as the Director of a research project studying the prevention of lower extremity amputations in persons with diabetes (Project LEAP—Lower Extremity Amputation Prevention).

Dr. Bruckner and his team published their research in the American Journal of Managed Care.  While concurrently at Project LEAP, Dr. Bruckner began his private practice in podiatry during 1995, dedicating his private practice exclusively to podiatric house calls.
