What insurance do you accept? Dr. Bruckner is a Participating Provider only with Original, Traditional Medicare Insurance. If you have Medicare, we will submit a claim to Medicare after treating your foot problems. Please call us to answer any other insurance questions.
What foot problems can you treat in my house? Dr. Bruckner provides “Comprehensive Foot Care in Your Home,” caring for everything that would commonly be treated in a podiatrist’s office. Comprehensive foot care in your home includes nail and callus care, removing ingrown toenails, debridement and treatment of toenail fungus, conservative care of bunions and hammertoes, removal of skin lesions, warts, care of ankle sprains, heel spurs, plantar fasciitis, athlete’s foot, arch pain, diabetic ulcers, leg, ankle, heel and foot ulcers, venous stasis ulcers, gait abnormalities, and fabrication of foot orthotics (arch supports).
Do I need any special preparation when Dr. Bruckner arrives at my home? Dr. Bruckner will arrive at your home with everything he needs to properly care for your feet. If you have any pets, please keep them in a closed room away from where the doctor will be working. Please choose a comfortable place in your home for the house call visit and have your insurance cards and medical history available. To expedite your home visit, please print out and complete the Patient Information Forms by clicking on the link below. You may mail or e-mail the forms to us, or just have them ready for the doctor when he arrives at your home. All of the information on these forms is needed for a podiatric house call visit. |
